FastTrack : votre trafic prend l'autoroute

Si vous voulez tester votre propre crédulité, Surfshark propose le challenge " Bot or Not? ".

  • Big John Solomon Expose!!!! He’s Covering Up Trump’s Egypt Corruption!

Yesterday, John Solomon conducted another of his Russian propaganda exercises, this time claiming to release newly declassified versions of:

Solomon waved his hands around squealing that the notes did not match the 302 — just as Sidney Powell squealed that the notes did not match the 302 back in 2019, before Judge Emmet Sullivan wrote a 99-page opinion laying out that Powell was wrong in key respects and anyway none of it undermined the evidence that Mike Flynn lied in that interview.

But what’s really nutty about yesterday’s little propaganda escapade is, no, John, you actually didn’t release newly declassified documents, or not much, anyway. The only substantively new declassification in the documents is this passage in Strzok’s notes, which seems to reflect what they knew going in; they’re summaries of what they knew Flynn actually said on his calls with Sergey Kislyak (and would have been classified in 2019 when these notes were first released because they were FISA content); the still-redacted word, as we’ll see, is almost certainly “Egypt.”

In reality, there’s actually more new redactions than in the earlier released versions of these documents:

(If you’ve been around a while you might remember that DOJ confused who wrote which notes in 2020, when they released these, and I had to straighten them out; just one of the services I provide!)

Mike Flynn was warned Russia would try to cultivate him

One set of new redactions serves to cover up details of Flynn’s trip to the RT gala in December 2015. In both Pientka’s notes,

    And the 302,

The earlier released documents showed Flynn saying he took Mike Flynn Jr with him to meet with Sergey Kislyak before his Russian trip and that he got a DIA threat briefing before the trip.

But in both the Pientka notes released yesterday,

    And the 302 released yesterday,

    Those references are redacted.

I’ve got my own theory why John Solomon and Kash Patel wanted to cover those up.

The Egyptian side to Trump’s Russian corruption

I’ve got stronger theories about why they’re covering up references to Egypt in these documents.

    The earlier released Pientka notes,

    Strzok notes,

    And 302,

All describe that “FLYNN heard through other channels that Egypt did not like” their own resolution to condemn settlers in the West Bank, and that Egypt delayed the vote themselves. These are references to Trump’s efforts — directed by Jared Kushner — to prevent or delay Egypt’s resolution condemning illegal settlements in the West Bank, a frantic effort involving a bunch of countries to undermine the foreign policy of the United States government.

After Flynn had, earlier in the interview, given a false claim about how many calls he had with Kislyak, the FBI agents asked him if there was a call in which Flynn had asked for Russian help to stall the vote, Flynn basically said, oh yeah!!! there was another call!!! but Flynn explained, nope, there was no request to Russia to help stall the vote, Egypt decided that on its own.

Flynn’s answer was a lie to cover up that:

    • A request was made that Russia help Trump kill or delay the vote.
    • After that request was made on December 22, Putin was consulted and chose to play ball.
    • The other channel via which they learned Egypt’s plans was in a request directly to Abdel Fattah El-Sisi directly.

Flynn is pretending that Egypt just decided to kill their own resolution themselves. It was an insanely stupid claim, but he thought he’d get away with it and, really, he has.

In the Pientka notes released yesterday,

    The Strzok notes,

    And the 302,

Those references to Egypt have been covered up.

Here, per the intercepts released in 2020, is part of what Flynn and Kislyak actually said in a conversation on December 23, 2016.

    Let me unpack this.

First, as noted, this is the December 23 transcript. As Kislyak makes clear, there was an earlier call — the day before — and this call was his response. When John Ratcliffe released this in 2020, he didn’t actually release the December 22 transcript. I’ve got my theories why he didn’t. But it is clear from context that a request had been made (at that point, Flynn and Trump were in the same place, Mar-a-Lago) on that earlier call, that Kislyak had consulted with “the highest level in Russia” — that is, Putin — and that Kislyak was conveying to Flynn that Russia was going to play ball with Trump’s effort to prevent a condemnation of illegal Israeli settlements. The “slow down” reference in the notes appears to be a quote from the earlier call, the one we don’t get.

Then there’s the hilarious part, what a fucking chump Flynn was here. Kislyak probes, hinting that he knows Egypt, who originally proposed the resolution, is not pushing for a vote. And Flynn says, Yep, we’ve been talking to them too. Then Kislyak probes, “there might be others.” And Flynn freely offers up that Trump has been talking to “a litany of countries.”

Flynn just blabbed and blabbed and blabbed, like a teenage girl gossiping, telling Russia the extent of efforts to undermine Barack Obama’s foreign policy, precisely the kind of knowledge that gives another country leverage over you. It’s bad, terrible; but imagine how much worse Steve Witkoff is when he corrupts with the Russians.

Again, Flynn’s explanation made absolutely no sense, because it was Egypt’s resolution in the first place! But Flynn was trying to cover up the separate call to el-Sisi.

And now, in turn, John Solomon is trying to sustain that cover up, which is pretty interesting given the long-running bribery investigation into whether el-Sisi gave Trump a $10 million bribe that Bill Barr finally shut down in the same period he was blowing up the Mike Flynn prosecution.

Solomon and whoever made these dumbass redaction decisions are attempting, again, to lie about how this all went down.

And it is just as dumb an effort as Flynn’s original lie because these documents are all right here and we can all read you’re trying to cover up Egypt’s role in all this.

  • US citizens will receive $5,000 if Republicans win midterms, Trump claims in lengthy convention speech

President makes offer that would cost US over $1tn and asks voters to ‘pretend that I’m on the ballot’ despite being deeply unpopular among electorate

Donald Trump pledged to pay every adult citizen in the US $5,000 if Republicans retain the House and Senate in the midterm elections, during a marathon speech at the Republican midterm convention in Dallas in which the president assailed Democrats as “radical” and defended his unpopular war in Iran.

The outlandish proposal, which would cost over $1tn, immediately raised ethical concerns. But it laid bare the extent of the Republicans’ concern about their prospects in the pivotal November elections.

Welcome to today’s Trump Tyranny Tracker…

Election officials preparing for possible federal ballot seizures, Trump’s oil investments gaining millions during the Iran war, and his immigration crackdown sweeping up legal immigrants and tearing apart families are among today’s top stories.

    Today at a Glance

    • Trump’s oil and gas investments gained millions during the Iran war as his accounts continued trading energy stocks.

    • Election officials and judges are preparing for the possibility of federal agents seizing ballots or election equipment during the midterms.

    • Trump officials proposed excluding millions of immigrants from the 2030 census, potentially reshaping congressional representation and federal funding.

What We Need to Pay Attention To

Ballot seizures seemed impossible. But judges and officials are prepping for them now

What Happened: Election officials and judges are preparing for the possibility that federal agents could seek warrants to seize ballots or voting equipment during the midterms. One state has already held three statewide trainings, while election law experts issued guidance for judges on how to handle such requests.

Why It Matters: We are weeks from the midterms and election officials are training for the unprecedented possibility of federal agents showing up and seizing ballots or voting machines. This will throw counting into chaos, break the chain of custody and threaten certification which is exactly what Trump wants to achieve.

Trump’s oil investments have gained millions during Iran war as his accounts keep trading

What Happened: Trump’s nine largest disclosed oil and gas holdings gained an estimated $1.5 million to $4.4 million between the eve of the Iran war and August 31. His accounts continued trading energy stocks during the war, including on days when his decisions moved oil markets.

Why It Matters: Trump has millions invested in oil and gas while making decisions about a war that directly affects energy prices and the value of those investments. Even with outside managers controlling the trades, he is profiting from an industry directly affected by his decisions.

Ballots discounted for late postmarks surged in Washington and Oregon after Postal Service changes

What Happened: More than 20,000 ballots in Washington and 7,314 in Oregon were thrown out for late postmarks during this year’s primaries, even though many voters mailed them on time. Postal Service changes are delaying when some mail gets postmarked, with rural communities hit especially hard.

Election Officials Grapple With Uncertainty as Supreme Court Considers Mail Ballot Plan

What Happened: With the midterms just weeks away, election officials still don’t know what mail ballot rules they will need to follow. The Supreme Court is considering whether to allow Trump’s new restrictions to take effect, even as some states have already mailed ballots and the federal system needed to implement the rules is not yet ready.

Why It Matters: This is part of Trump’s broader agenda to seize control over elections. Election officials from both parties warn the changes will disenfranchise voters, and Utah officials have called implementing them this late an “unmitigated disaster.”

    Weaponization of Institutions

Here’s How the Postal Service Could Refuse to Deliver Your Mail Ballot

What Happened: Trump’s mail voting plan would require the Postal Service to screen ballots before delivering them to voters. States would have to submit voter lists to a new federal portal and use approved envelopes with barcodes that match those records. If they don’t, entire batches of ballots could be sent back instead of delivered. Two dozen states are challenging the plan.

Why It Matters: Trump’s plan would allow the Postal Service to stop ballots from reaching Americans, giving the federal government a new role in deciding whose ballots get delivered.

Trump administration proposes dropping huge swath of immigrants from US census

What Happened: Trump officials want the 2030 census to count only U.S. citizens and permanent residents. That would leave out undocumented immigrants as well as millions of people who are legally living in the country on temporary status. They also want to remove questions about race and ethnicity.

Why It Matters: The census determines congressional representation and federal funding. Excluding millions of residents would shift both, even though the Constitution requires House seats to be based on the “whole number of persons” in each state.

What Happened: Trump said he had a “great conversation” with Putin and again insisted that Putin wants a deal to end the war. He blamed the lack of an agreement on Putin and Zelenskyy “hating” each other.

Why It Matters: Trump continues to provide cover for Putin and Russia’s genocidal invasion. Russia invaded sovereign Ukraine, and Putin can end the war by withdrawing his forces. Adjusting Certain Delegations Under the Defense Production Act

The White House issued an executive order on September 8, 2026, amending Executive Order 13603 regarding national defense resources. The order expands the delegated authority under the Defense Production Act, allowing the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Energy to exercise authority independently over all forms of energy. It establishes procedures for resolving disputes between these secretaries via the National Energy Dominance Council, with additional involvement from the National Security Council and the Department of War if national defense infrastructure or military operations are implicated.

    3. Truth Social Posts

Trump defended his post-9/11 visits to the World Trade Center site, stating he arrived “shortly thereafter” with construction workers and provided video clips as evidence. He dismissed allegations from New York Magazine and reporter Maggie Hagerman regarding his absence at the site and his attendance at the Pentagon instead, asserting that “Politicians and public officials are not permitted to deliver speeches or remarks” at the official New York ceremony. Trump characterized these reports as “fake” and “a lie,” claiming he never sought to speak in New York and had been requested to attend the Pentagon event, while Vice President Vance represented the administration in New York. He further demanded a retraction from Hagerman and the magazine, describing the media as “liars and scoundrels” who are “angry, and sick, over the fact that I won the Presidential Election three times!”

Regarding international affairs, Trump observed that the “Populist Party in Germany” experienced electoral gains because citizens were “tired of the absolutely horrible Immigration rules and regulations.”

Separately, Trump criticized CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins, alleging her panel discussions were “FICTION AND LIES” and suggesting the network is “fading FAST” in television ratings. He concluded the post by noting his upcoming appearance at the Republican National Convention.

<https://www.france-palestine.org/lo...>

  • Trump Tyranny Tracker | Day 593: Sept. 8, 2026

Voters cast their ballots at the Copland Center in Wyandotte, Michigan on Aug. 4. Photographer: Finn Gomez/Getty Images

    Share

    Hi Friends…

After more than a year of publishing the Tracker every day, I took a few weeks off to catch up with life and am back now. I also included several important stories at the end of this tracker from the weeks I was away that are worth keeping on the record.

Welcome to today’s Trump Tyranny Tracker…

Expanded surveillance of Americans, increased federal involvement in the midterms, and intensified efforts to silence dissent inside and outside the government are among today’s top stories.

    Today at a Glance

    • DHS is using Americans’ financial data to secretly identify people for police stops.

    • ICE plans to build a national database of Americans’ voting histories ahead of the midterms.

    • Hegseth subjected dozens of military officers and officials to unprecedented polygraph tests in its hunt for leaks.

What We Need to Pay Attention To

A Secretive DHS ‘Predictive Policing’ Unit is Analyzing Americans’ Financial Habits and Pulling Them Over

What Happened: Border Patrol is operating secretive “predictive policing” units that analyze Americans’ financial activity and other data, then flag people for local police to pull over even when they are not suspected of a specific crime.

Why It Matters: The government is secretly mining Americans’ financial data to decide who should be stopped by police without evidence they committed a crime. This is what a surveillance state looks like when the data it collects starts being used against ordinary people.

    Corruption

Witkoff Reports $107 Million From Entity That Held Crypto Stake

What Happened: Trump’s shady envoy Steve Witkoff reported earning $107 million in 2025 from a holding company that owned his stake in World Liberty Financial, the crypto venture he cofounded with Trump and their families. His disclosure does not reveal how much of that income came from the crypto business.

No SEC Probe of Trump Crypto Deal Despite Alleged “Illegality”

What Happened: The SEC told the Project On Government Oversight it could not find any records of an investigation into Alt5 Sigma, now AI Financial, after its deal with Trump family crypto venture World Liberty Financial generated an estimated $500 million for the Trump family. A shareholder lawsuit alleged “illegality” and “unjust enrichment,” while separate complaints accused Alt5 of withholding material information from investors before its stock collapsed by more than 90%.

Why It Matters: Trump’s family made an estimated $500 million from the deal, while the federal regulator responsible for protecting investors apparently did nothing. This is naked corruption as the Trump’s family profits while the agency meant to police these deals looks the other way.

Trump Administration Asks Supreme Court to Allow Voter-Screening Tool

What Happened: Trump asked the Supreme Court to let states use an expanded DHS citizenship database to screen voter rolls ahead of the midterms. A lower court blocked the system amid challenges over privacy protections and erroneous citizenship determinations.

Why It Matters: Trump is using lies of widespread voter fraud to justify expanding federal power over elections. Now he wants states to use a federal database that has wrongly flagged U.S. citizens to determine who belongs on voter rolls.

New grand jury subpoenas in investigation targeting Trump-Russia probe

What Happened: The Justice Department is issuing grand jury subpoenas to former government officials in an investigation seeking evidence that intelligence officials conspired against Trump over the 2016 Russia probe. Former CIA Director John Brennan has been told he is a target.

Why It Matters: Trump’s DOJ is using a criminal investigation to pursue the officials involved in investigating Russia’s attack on the 2016 election. Years after multiple investigations, his regime is still trying to turn the Russia investigation into a criminal conspiracy against Trump.

DOJ election monitors in two New Hampshire cities for Tuesday’s state primary

What Happened: The Justice Department deployed Civil Rights Division staff to monitor polling sites in Manchester and Nashua during New Hampshire’s primary, the latest in a series of federal monitoring operations during state primaries. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon said the department will now begin ramping up preparations for nationwide monitoring during the November midterms.

DHS Brings PATRIOT Act Tool to Bear in NSPM-7 Investigation

What Happened: Homeland Security used a PATRIOT Act tool to identify financial institutions holding accounts linked to groups swept into an investigation of anti-ICE protests, including unions and climate organizations, without first obtaining a warrant or subpoena. The tool requires investigators to certify that the inquiry concerns money laundering or terrorism.

Why It Matters: A surveillance tool created after 9/11 to investigate terrorism and money laundering is now being used to map the financial networks of domestic political groups, without a warrant or subpoena.

ICE Plans to Pay $5 Million to Create National Voting Database

What Happened: ICE plans to spend up to $5 million collecting voter registration and voting history data nationwide for fraud investigations, with the capability to obtain records from all 50 states.

Why It Matters: An immigration enforcement agency is building the capability to collect voter registration and voting history records from all 50 states just weeks before the midterms. This is part of Trump’s broader effort to seize control of elections.

Pentagon imposes polygraph tests on military officers as Hegseth’s culture of fear grows

What Happened: Pentagon investigators subjected roughly 50 Joint Staff officers and civilian employees to polygraph tests as part of a leak investigation focused on reports that the Iran war has depleted critical U.S. munitions, including long range missiles and Patriot interceptors. The NYT reported that mass polygraph testing at this level of the military is unprecedented.

Why It Matters: The Pentagon is subjecting military officers to an unprecedented polygraph dragnet to find out who told the public about critical U.S. weapons shortages. Instead of addressing what the Iran war is doing to military readiness, Hegseth is hunting the people sounding the alarm.

Flock Taught Cops How to Surveil No Kings Protesters

What Happened: Flock Safety taught police how to use its surveillance network to monitor No Kings protests in real-time, combining license plate readers, cameras, drones and law enforcement databases. The company used a No Kings protest as an example while demonstrating how officers could watch demonstrators move through a city without police physically following them.

IRS under Trump unlawfully shared taxpayer info with immigration authorities, court rules

What Happened: A federal appeals court ruled that the IRS unlawfully shared roughly 47,000 taxpayers’ addresses with ICE under a Trump policy seeking information on up to 1.28 million people. This violates federal privacy protections that were enacted after Watergate.

Pentagon Reportedly Using Medical Records to Identify Transgender Troops

What Happened: The Pentagon is using military medical and personnel records to identify service members with current or past gender dysphoria so they can begin removing them from the military. Advocates estimate several hundred troops have been flagged through electronic health records in the past two months.

Why It Matters: The Pentagon is searching troops’ private medical records to identify people it wants to remove from the military. Service members who sought medical care are now having that information used to target their careers.

Conflicting court rulings leave Missouri congressional map in chaos

Administration strips language that criticized Confederate statue at Arlington

What Happened: Trump officials removed language from an Arlington National Cemetery marker and Pentagon website explaining how the Confederate Memorial glorifies the Confederacy and downplays slavery. The monument, which Congress ordered removed in 2023, is now scheduled to be restored to Arlington in 2027.

Why It Matters: Trump officials are rewriting American history, stripping away the truth about slavery and the Lost Cause while preparing to restore a traitorous Confederate monument that Congress ordered removed.

Iran launches missile barrage at Jordan after US strikes 5 Iranian tankers

What Happened: Iran launched 20 ballistic missiles at Jordan’s Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, used by U.S. forces, after the U.S. destroyed five Iranian oil tankers in response to attempted attacks on a U.S. Navy warship. Jordan said it intercepted 18 missiles, with no casualties reported.

Why It Matters: Trump’s Iran war continues to expand and destabilize the region with no end in sight. More countries are being pulled into the conflict while attacks on oil infrastructure and shipping are driving up energy prices and threatening to further weaken the global economy.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen also reaffirmed that Greenland’s future must be decided by Greenland and Denmark, not outside powers.

Trump brushes off accusations of Russian sabotage against NATO allies

What Happened: Trump dismissed concerns about suspected Russian sabotage against NATO allies after explosive-laden drones linked by German officials to Russia were discovered at Leipzig airport, including near a Ukrainian aircraft and NATO logistics hub. “Putin is not looking to attack NATO territory,” Trump said when asked about the incident.

Why It Matters: Trump is publicly dismissing Russian attacks on NATO territory even as European officials point to Moscow. Every time he minimizes Russia’s attacks and refuses to hold Putin accountable, he sends Moscow a dangerous message that it can keep escalating against NATO.

Canada’s retaliatory tariffs worth CA$27.6 billion take effect as trade rift with U.S. deepens

What Happened: Canada imposed retaliatory tariffs of 15% to 50% on CA$27.6 billion worth of U.S. goods, including steel, aluminum, dairy, appliances, agricultural equipment and electronics. The measures match U.S. tariffs imposed by Trump on CA$27.6 billion in Canadian goods after trade negotiations collapsed.

Why It Matters: Trump’s trade war with Canada is becoming an escalating cycle of retaliation. American businesses and consumers will pay the price through higher costs, disrupted supply chains and lost trade with one of our largest economic partners.

  • The Guardian view on Donald Trump’s oil deal: Venezuela pays for his vanity | Editorial

The US president seized a nation’s natural wealth in a modern-day version of gunboat diplomacy to feed his ego – not to lower Americans’ fuel bills

Imperialism does not require a flag to be planted or a governor dispatched. It can be a powerful nation deciding who governs a smaller, weaker country, and on what terms and for whose benefit its resources will be developed. Donald Trump’s kidnapping of Venezuela’s Nicolás Maduro, putting his deputy – Delcy Rodríguez – in his place as president, and then her signing a deal handing a fifth of the country’s proven oil reserves to the US, amount to a modern version of 19th-century gunboat diplomacy. Regime change supplied America’s commercial concession.

This won’t bother Mr Trump. But it should. The US president has oversold his neocolonial spoils. The additional production Venezuela is supposed to bring online might bring down oil prices eventually, but not anytime soon. Crucially, what Mr Trump calls “the biggest oil deal in history” won’t cause the price at the pump to fall before November’s midterms. When so many American voters are struggling to pay energy bills, it’s hard to see how unrealised Orinoco Belt riches are going to help Republican candidates.

  • AP says it will refer to Lake Ontario by its original name, despite Trump's order

The Associated Press is advising its reporters and others who follow AP style to continue referring to Lake Ontario by its original name, despite President Donald Trump's order to rename it Lake America last month as the administration's trade war with Canada escalated. The AP's guidance says Trump's executive order affects only how the U.S. government refers to the lake, and Canada and other countries are not required to recognize the name change.

President Trump's escalation of the trade war with Canada is coming at a bad time for Senate Republican candidates, who are being put in the awkward place of having to defend the administration's economic record while having to push back against Trump's targeting of critical Canadian imports and companies. Trump got pushback from a loyal Senate ally Tuesday when Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) called out the president's threat to ban Bombardier, the Canadian jet maker, from selling planes in the U.S., putting hundreds of jobs in Wichita at risk.
