L’été caniculaire ne se fera pas oublier de sitôt. La rentrée et les orages de ces dernières semaines nous avaient presque convaincu·es que l’automne pointait le bout de son nez. C’était sans compter le retour de très hautes températures à partir de ce jeudi. Le mercure devrait monter aux alentours des 30 degrés Celsius (°C) en Île-de-France et dépasser les 35°C, voire 38°C localement dans le sud, de l’Occitanie à la vallée du Rhône. Les valeurs précises restent à déterminer mais elles «pourraient atteindre des niveaux jamais enregistrés pour un mois de septembre», indique à Vert François Gourand, prévisionniste à Météo-France.
Ce mardi débutait l’automne météorologique mais, «avec le réchauffement climatique, l’été s’allonge et déborde de sa saison traditionnelle», explique-t-il encore. Cette situation ne surprend donc pas l’expert, qui rappelle que «ces épisodes de chaleur tardifs sont plus fréquents et plus intenses, c’est un des effets attendus du dérèglement».
En septembre 2023, pour la première fois, la vigilance orange pour risque de canicule avait été déclenchée à la fin de l’été. Un scénario que Météo-France envisage dans certains départements du sud de l’Hexagone pour ce week-end.
Il est encore tôt pour savoir si l’épisode de chaleur se terminera samedi, dimanche ou en début de semaine prochaine. Une chose est sûre : «Les anomalies de températures seront très marquées», selon François Gourant. Avec les journées qui raccourcissent, les nuits plus longues favoriseront tout de même une baisse du mercure après le coucher du soleil.
Le nord de l’Hexagone devrait être moins concerné par les fortes chaleurs. Dans la Manche, le thermomètre restera autour des 22 ou 25°C. Or, pour déclarer une vague de chaleur, la moyenne des températures sur tout le territoire hexagonal doit être supérieure ou égale à 25,3°C pendant un jour. Elle doit aussi être supérieure ou égale à 23,4°C pendant au moins trois jours (nuits comprises). Une vague de chaleur n’est donc pas le scénario le plus probable, selon Météo-France, même si elle n’est pas à exclure à ce stade.
L’année 2026 a été marquée par une succession de trois vagues de chaleur cet été, après une canicule historique au mois de mai. Dans un premier bilan provisoire, Santé publique France relevait que ces températures inédites avaient provoqué 7 300 morts en excès.

Running It Right Into The Ground

The two have reportedly sparred over the direction of the Army and the ouster of a string of senior officers. His departure is the latest high-profile exit at the Defense Department, even as the military conflict with Iran continues with no end in sight.
Beyond the resignations, personnel questions abound at the Pentagon. Over the past month, Hegseth has blocked the promotions of officers tied to generals he ousted, expanded his wife’s role inside the department and even installed conservative influencers in undisclosed posts to amplify his messaging.
Then there are serious and often humiliating operational issues. Four senior military leaders logged formal objections to his order extending U.S. forces in the Middle East. And the record-setting stretch at sea for the USS Abraham Lincoln—with failing sanitation, basic food shortages and attempted self-harm by crew members—became a public relations crisis that the secretary’s spokesman dismissed as a “false narrative.”
The Iran war has understandably absorbed most of the public attention this year, but that has often shielded the department itself from greater scrutiny. Tufts University political scientist Daniel Drezner observed that the war has obscured an important story: Hegseth is running the Department of Defense “right into the ground.”
That deterioration has taken three main forms: a purge of officers and officials deemed insufficiently loyal; an information ecosystem that rewards loyalty with access while walling out the press; and a military that absorbs the operational cost of policy decisions its own commanders have warned against.
Personnel over policy
Driscoll’s announced departure falls within the first category. He has led the Army since February 2025 but had grown estranged from Hegseth over the direction of the service, according to multiple people familiar with their relationship. The issue appears personal and filled with court intrigue. Much of the friction traces back to Driscoll’s closeness with Vice President JD Vance, a former Yale Law School classmate. Hegseth reportedly viewed Driscoll’s relationship with Vance as giving Driscoll a direct line to the White House.
In a White House meeting last week, Driscoll raised his concerns about Hegseth’s leadership directly with Donald Trump, according to four people familiar with the conversation. Per reporting by The Atlantic, Trump was reportedly surprised by the number of generals and other senior officers who had been fired, pushed out or passed over for promotion under Hegseth—not exactly a commander in chief in the know. Trump also expressed concern about the depth of the cuts to the Army’s leadership, one source said. Driscoll told Trump he intended to resign, and within days he was gone.
The tension had been building for months. In April, Hegseth fired Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George without explanation. But the firing may have been tied to the “Kid Rock incident”—a prime example of how petty and silly things have become.
Here’s the scoop on that, per reporting by the Washington Post. Days before his firing, Gen. George was informed by Gen. Chris LaNeve—the second-highest-ranking Army officer, who apparently has been gunning for the top spot—that Hegseth wanted him to drop an investigation into an unauthorized March 28 helicopter flyby of Kid Rock’s Tennessee estate. George believed that the Army should follow standard protocol and determine whether safety regulations had been violated. Following protocol in such a case shouldn’t even be an issue, and George later told colleagues he felt troubled by LaNeve’s instruction to drop the matter.
Hegseth had already intervened publicly days earlier, unilaterally ending the Army’s review and telling the grounded aircrews to “carry on, Patriots.” Hegseth’s office did not directly address the reported conversation, instead calling LaNeve “precisely the kind of leader the U.S. Army needs right now.” Spokesman Sean Parnell dismissed the Post’s reporting as “regurgitating” a “tired, old story simply to manufacture drama.”
With Driscoll’s departure, the Army is left without a Senate-confirmed civilian secretary, a Senate-confirmed chief of staff, a confirmed general in charge of operations or a confirmed commander of Army forces in Europe. It also has fewer generals than at any point in recent history, despite more than 450,000 active-duty soldiers.
LaNeve has been acting chief of staff for nearly five months, often going directly to Hegseth for decisions and bypassing Driscoll, according to defense officials. The drama has now reached the Senate; Hegseth’s expected nomination of LaNeve is already running into Republican opposition, including from Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA). One congressional staffer said lawmakers are not inclined to “reward Hegseth for what he did to the Army.” Army Undersecretary Michael Obadal is expected to take over in the near term, though many Pentagon officials fear the White House will instead nominate Parnell, who would face his own contentious confirmation.
Hegseth’s pattern of disfavor and retribution has extended to the officer corps. The New York Times reported that he is blocking the promotions of four Army officers to one-star rank, some with ties to George and to Gen. Chris Donahue. And Hegseth has now removed at least 45 officers from promotion lists this year, more than half of them women or Black service members. In so doing, Hegseth upended the normal promotion process; the officers had already been selected for promotions by peer boards under a system designed to be merit-based and apolitical.
Access for the loyal, restriction for everyone else
The department’s second deterioration runs in the opposite direction. Hegseth has granted privileged access to those loyal to him while restricting everyone else. That pattern runs through Hegseth’s own household, through a roster of undisclosed online allies inside the Pentagon and through a media strategy that rewards friendly voices while limiting access for the traditional press.
Hegseth’s wife, Jennifer, holds no formal title at the Pentagon, but as the New York Times reported she has become her husband’s “most influential adviser and his de facto producer.” Her roles include brainstorming ideas for videos he appears in, prepping him for appearances, sitting in on meetings with journalists and even interviewing potential staff. She was also infamously included in the Signal group chat in which Hegseth shared details of a strike on Houthi targets in Yemen, and her security clearance status has not been disclosed.
She was also present, the Times reported, for a highly sensitive meeting between Hegseth and top British defense officials after the United States temporarily halted intelligence-sharing with Ukraine. British officials indicated their personnel on the ground in Ukraine were put at risk without the early-warning intelligence the U.S. had been providing on incoming Russian missiles. John Ullyot, a former Pentagon chief spokesman who left the job after three months under Hegseth, called the arrangement “bonkers,” telling the Times it was unacceptable for a defense secretary “to involve his wife in his sensitive official duties, including sharing details of an impending military operation, and face zero consequences. Any president deserves better judgment from his national security leaders.”
A Pentagon spokesperson countered that Jennifer Hegseth is “a vital asset and a true force multiplier for our mission” and that the department “actively plans to involve her even more deeply in the future.” That should make no one feel more assured. Trump also named her chair of the President’s Military Spouse Commission this month.
A similar dynamic runs through a set of undisclosed hires the Washington Post reported this week. The Pentagon has installed several conservative veterans with large social media followings in civilian government roles. Neither the Pentagon nor the influencers have disclosed what those jobs entail, even as they use social media to amplify Hegseth’s positions and attack his critics, according to people familiar with the matter and material reviewed by the Post.
Retired Air Force Col. Rob Maness and retired Army Col. Kurt Schlichter, who respectively have 135,000 and nearly 620,000 followers on Elon Musk’s X platform, hold active Pentagon email addresses assigned to the office of Anthony Tata, the undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness. A third influencer, retired Army Col. Thomas Anderson, who writes online as Cynical Publius, held a similar assignment earlier this year.
Pentagon spokesman Joel Valdez declined to say whether any of the three draws a taxpayer-funded salary or how long their assignments are expected to last. Maness has published columns defending Hegseth’s personnel decisions without disclosing his government role. Similarly, Schlichter praised Hegseth’s handling of sailors aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln days before conditions aboard the carrier became a national controversy.
Online critics have noted that many of these influencers have even defended the White House on the question of the Epstein files.
Maness, Schlichter and Anderson also represented the Pentagon’s Senior Service College Task Force during a visit to the Army War College in May. Hegseth said in March that the task force was formed to root out “toxic” or “woke” ideology. Task force members questioned students and professors about their views of Hegseth and Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine. Some students told colleagues they were unsure how candid to be for fear of retaliation, according to people familiar with the visit. In other words, the influencers were pressing War College students on their loyalty to Hegseth while keeping their own Pentagon roles secret.
The contrast between these propagandists and Hegseth’s treatment of the press corps is stark. In September 2025, the Pentagon began requiring credentialed journalists to pledge not to solicit or publish information, even if unclassified, without prior authorization. Hegseth warned that credentials could be revoked from anyone judged a security risk. Nearly all of the more than 100 journalists who cover the Pentagon refused to sign, surrendering their badges rather than accept the terms. Only 15 signed, most from conservative outlets. The New York Times sued the Defense Department that December, and in March 2026 U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman ruled the policy unconstitutional, finding it discriminated based on “editorial viewpoint” and ordering credentials restored.
The Pentagon responded within days with a revised policy that relocated reporters’ workspace to an annex outside the building and barred them from moving through the building without an escort. Times attorneys argued the Pentagon was defying the judge’s order “in letter and spirit.”
The current Pentagon press corps remains composed mostly of outlets that agreed to the original policy, while reporters from the AP and other major news organizations continue covering the Pentagon from outside it. Judge Friedman later blocked enforcement of parts of the revised policy as well, but a federal appeals panel allowed the escort requirement to remain in place. A full panel upheld that decision in July, and the escort requirement remains in force while the underlying case continues.
The cost the military absorbs
The department’s third deterioration puts the lives of service members at stake. The U.S. military is now bearing the operational cost of high-level decisions that its own commanders have formally objected to.
On Aug. 14, Hegseth’s own top commanders pushed back formally against the order to extend U.S. force levels in the Middle East. Citing people familiar with the pushback, the Washington Post reported that the heads of European, Pacific and Southern Commands, along with the Navy’s top admiral, responded with a so-called “non-concur.” In the Secretary of Defense Orders Book, that denotes a formal disagreement with the order, even if they will carry it out.
To be clear, commanders do occasionally file similar risk warnings. But Slate’s Fred Kaplan, a Pulitzer Prize-winning national security columnist who has covered the Pentagon since the 1980s, noted the difference. Citing a former senior Navy officer and a retired Navy operations officer, Kaplan observed that it is unusual for so many commanders to file such non-concurs simultaneously during an active combat operation, and “still more unusual, perhaps unprecedented,” for the objections to come from commanders who had been chosen or allowed to remain in their posts in part for their perceived loyalty to Trump and Hegseth.
The Middle East extension order is concerning on several levels. Per the Post’s reporting, it directs some forces to remain in the region through September and others into 2027. European Command and Southern Command leaders told Hegseth that redirecting their ships and surveillance aircraft to support the Iran war has degraded their ability to fulfill homeland-defense missions. Adm. Samuel Paparo, who leads Pacific Command, objected to the continued diversion of an aircraft carrier strike group and destroyers under his command. And Adm. Daryl Caudle, the chief of naval operations, gave Hegseth the bleakest assessment: Barely one-fourth of the Navy’s destroyer fleet is ready to deploy, a sharp decline from prewar levels, and the Navy cannot sustain its current support without a defined end date. One person familiar with the assessment described the overall tenor as an Iran operation that, six months in, had become “too much for too long.”
The Army and Air Force concurred with extending their deployments but flagged significant risks. Soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division’s mobilized soldiers who deployed in March will remain overseas for a full year. The division commander wrote to families that leaders “understand that a longer tour weighs heavily on every household, including our own.” Deployments for Army Patriot air-defense units are also expected to be extended.
The war has also depleted the Pentagon’s stockpile of Patriot interceptors, Terminal High Altitude Area Defense interceptors and long-range Tomahawk missiles. It has cost the Air Force roughly a quarter of its Reaper drone fleet, though the administration disputes that the shortages are as severe as reported. Gen. Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, warned the White House before the war began that the U.S. lacked sufficient munitions and allied support to sustain an extended campaign.
Pentagon spokesman Parnell said force-duration decisions “are made based on the current threat assessment, strategic priorities established by the President, and the advice of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Combatant Commanders.” He added that the Pentagon does not discuss the orders book or the concurrences and non-concurrences submitted during its reviews.
The force-extension order comes on the heels of a public relations disaster for the Pentagon. The USS Abraham Lincoln has been deployed for more than nine months, including a record-setting stretch of over 270 consecutive days at sea. As I wrote last month in The Status Kuo, Military Times and Stars and Stripes reported that sailors had attempted to jump overboard amid deteriorating conditions. This became a national story in mid-August, but Hegseth dismissed the coverage as “completely misrepresented,” and acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao accused the media of “trying to paint our warriors as victims,” even as he acknowledged a small number of mental health cases had been treated aboard. All 13 Senate Armed Services Committee Democrats signed a joint letter demanding answers about conditions crew members described, including water contamination, plumbing failures and supply shortages. The Lincoln has since been ordered home.
The 2028 question
Two people familiar with private conversations told NBC News that Hegseth and his wife have discussed the possibility of a 2028 presidential run with friends and associates over the past several months. Interest in the report intensified after Hegseth traveled to the Iowa State Fair earlier this month to campaign for Rep. Zach Nunn—something that itself might constitute a Hatch Act violation.
Iowa traditionally holds the first spot on the Republican nominating calendar. In response to press inquiries, a Pentagon spokesperson called the speculation of a Hegseth presidential run “foolish,” saying his “main priority is leading the War Department.” Hegseth responded on X: “100% false. We told NBC that, but they just lie w/ anonymous ‘sources.’”
But if those presidential ambitions prove correct in the end, Hegseth now has some pretty heavy baggage. He will need to overcome a serious record of mismanagement, staff turnover, retaliatory firings, gross nepotism, press suppression and deep personal failings. As the Iran war bogs down with no end in sight and as conditions and morale deteriorate further within the Pentagon, Hegseth’s star is dimming and he could soon be fighting to keep his job. His prospects of emerging from his current position with any kind of trajectory toward higher office remain iffy at best, and they are likely to only worsen the longer he remains secretary of defense.

In the wake of reports on the suicide attempts on the USS Lincoln, there have been more stories about the damage Iran did to the Navy base in Bahrain. I’ve already noted this NYT story.The aircraft carrier U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln’s supply problems began soon after the first day of the war, as Iranian missiles and attack drones fell on a Navy base in Bahrain.
The Iranian attack, retaliation for the U.S.-Israeli assault on Tehran, destroyed much of the base. And as it went up in smoke, so did a major logistics hub that the Navy has relied on for decades.

Extensive damage to one of our most significant forward bases in the Middle East is likely to have profound tactical and strategic repercussions that are only now coming into focus.
The idea that this broad functioning hub, built over decades, was significantly degraded in the space of a few days by a regional player is unimaginable.
I have fond memories of Bahrain both from past port visits, where it provided much-needed rest and relaxation, decent shopping and fitness options, and from my time as a government trainer when I flew over for shipboard training once every six months. I always felt safe there.
That NSA Bahrain is now virtually uninhabitable, with families left in limbo, as described in recent reporting, is difficult to grasp.

The potential loss of NSA Bahrain is effectively the equivalent of losing an aircraft carrier. It could not have come as a surprise that Iran would attack it in retaliation, yet it — and those living and working there — were left exposed and the facilities inadequately protected from Tehran’s ballistic missiles.
Navy Times has an update, reporting on a meeting from yesterday.
The Navy’s highest-ranking officer told sailors during a town hall on Monday that it would be a while before the service would return to its main logistics hub in the Middle East after it was heavily damaged early in the Iran war.
Answering a displaced service member’s question about retrieving personal goods from the base they previously called home, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Daryl Caudle said the Navy would not be using Naval Support Activity Bahrain for the foreseeable future.
“We’re not getting back in there anytime soon,” Caudle said. “I just want to be completely honest with that.”
Because of this sudden focus, there’s this general belief that no one reported on the attack on real time.
Except NYT did — in what remains, to this day, one of the most important stories about the war (I’ve repeatedly pointed to the satellite image of Prince Sultan Airbase and argued that whatever intelligence help Iran had in targeting these attacks likely killed Benjamin Pennington).
Video verified by The Times showed that an Iranian one-way attack drone struck a radome on Saturday in the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet headquarters in Manama, Bahrain. The base is the United States’ primary hub for coordinating naval operations in the Middle East.
Satellite imagery taken of the headquarters the following day showed that at least one additional radome was destroyed.
The two demolished structures were AN/GSC-52B SATCOM terminals, which play a key role in facilitating high-capacity and near real-time communication for the U.S. military.
NYT wasn’t the only outlet that cataloged the damage to communications facilities around the Gulf, but its visual journalism team has always been one of the best.
Less than a week after that story, Planet Labs put a hold on satellite images covering the region. Subsequent reporting made it clear the request came (unsurprisingly) from the US government.
I gotta believe we were the adversaries DOD tried to keep that information from. Iran was getting its satellite data from Russia. We, the public, were the ones cut off from real-time information about how much damage Iran had done.
This is the import of this detail from a recent WSJ story.
Then-Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard outlined assessments from America’s intelligence apparatus. According to people familiar with the meeting, she told Trump that killing Iran’s supreme leader would likely usher in a more hard-line regime open to acquiring nuclear weapons. Tehran would rush to close the Strait of Hormuz, destabilizing the global energy market. And it would strike U.S. forces and partners in the Middle East, prompting questions about American resolve and reliability with allies.
Tulsi Gabbard provided specific warnings about strikes on US forces and partners in the Middle East, to say nothing of Hormuz.
And yet Whiskey Pete Hegseth’s military, stripped of expertise in the name of his white supremacist project, failed to secure Bahrain and other key bases. And that’s why his top advisors say the US cannot continue to fight this war in Iran.

Visé par une trentaine de témoignages dans la presse et mis en examen dans quatre dossiers, Patrick Bruel annonce renoncer à une tournée de trente-cinq concerts. Une décision qui «ne signifie en aucun cas» qu’il «renonce à [se] défendre», indique le chanteur. -

au 18 Grande Rue à Grenoble.Elle fut conduite sur le pont suspendu au-dessus de l'Isère, qui relie le centre ville
au quartier Saint Laurent, exécutée d'une balle dans la tête, et son corps jeté dans l'Isère.
Son fils Jack, son père et sa mère connurent le même sort.Ces meurtriers sont des membres de la Milice française et du Parti Populaire Français
qui en profitèrent pour piller son logement et son commerce.LE RN, PREMIER PARTI DE LA DROITE ET DE L'EXTRÊME DROITE
Aux élections législatives de 2024, le Rassemblement ational est devenu le parti politique le plus important de la droite et de l'extrême-droite sur la Métropole de Grenoble.
Les Républicains sont complètement à la dérive et n'atteignent que péniblement les 10 % des voix. Ils sont même incapables de présenter un candidat dans la 5ème circonscription.
Le transfert des électeurs se fait à bas bruit, soutenu par les responsables nationaux de la droite qui font la course avec les leaders d'extrême-droite.En 2024, les candidats du RN provenaient du parti lui même, mais aussi des anciens républicains qui avaient suivi Eric CIOTTI ainsi que de jeunes militants de l'UNI.
Les grands chefs du RN, Alexis JOLLY et Thierry PEREZ, ont préféré se présenter dans le Nord-Isère et se faire élire députés.Les partis croupions comme Via, La voie du peuple (l'ancien Parti Démocrate Chrétien de Christine BOUTIN) ou Debout la France ( toujours dirigé par Nicolas DUPONT-AIGNAN le premier allié du FN/RN) sont des partis charnières qui permettent à des électeurs de glisser sensiblement vers la droite extrême.
Enfin Reconquête a quasiment disparu de la métropole ; Marine CHIABERTO, tout en étant responsable du parti en Isère, se présente aux élections à Paris (Candidate Reconquête dans la première circonscription, tête de liste dans le 9 arrondissement ème aux municipales).
Quasiment absent lors des municipales de 2020, le RN a déposé des listes en 2026. Ils savaient que leur échec était programmé, mais ils visaient plutôt le long terme. 4 listes ont été déposées sur la Métropole grenobloise :
Valentin GABRIAC, le frère de l'homme au bras tendu, récolte brillamment 5,2 % des voix à Grenoble au premier tour.
En 2014, Mireille D'ORNANO, avait obtenu 12,55 % des votes. La preuve qu'un « responsable de force de vente » est juste bon à vendre les biscuits d'une multinationale américaine. Enzo BILLON, chef du RNJ Isère, candidat à Échirolles, était le seul candidat de la droite et de l'extrême-droite face à quatre listes de gauche.
Au second tour, sa liste obtient 27 % ; cinq élus fachos siégeront dans le conseil municipal, soit un de plus qu'après les élections de 2026. La campagne de BILLON était très poussive. Il fait nettement moins que le candidat du RN aux législatives de 2024 qui avait récolté 33 % des voix. Alexandre LACROIX un ancien Républicain, passé par Reconquête, puis
recyclé à l'UDR (Union des Droites de CIOTTI) était la tête de liste à Saint-Martin-d'Hères. Il obtient quatre élus municipaux (21 % des voix). Le résultat est très en-dessous du score aux législatives où Édouard ROBERT, un candidat inconnu dans la circonscription avait récolté 31 % sur la ville. Quentin FERES (les Républicains, puis Reconquête, puis désormais attaché parlementaire du député RN Thierry PEREZ) a conduit une liste à Domène. La liste a récolté 16 % des voix et donc deux élus municipaux.Le bilan électoral est plutôt limité, mais ces quelques élus se glissent insidieusement dans des institutions locales , une autre logique pour « dédiaboliser » le RN. L'objectif réel était de s'inscrire dans les prochaines élections sénatoriales.
Depuis sa nomination comme responsable départemental en octobre 2023, Thierry PEREZ a fait le ménage chez les militants.
Exit les « brebis galeuses » qui se répandent en blagues racistes, en insultes antisémites et en messages islamophobes. Par manque de « personnel » le Rassemblement national recrute désormais dans les rangs de l'UNI, et pas qu'un peu :
Amazigh AICHIOU (Grenoble), Emma ADROUD (Grenoble), Gaël BABUT (Grenoble), Enzo BILLON (tête de liste à Échirolles), Elise COTTAVE (Echirolles), Clara MANCEAU (Saint-Martin-d'Hère), Samuel SAKPA (Grenoble), Léa TONDEUR (Saint-Martin-d'Hères), Stéphane ZEYEN-ILANGUAROUDI (Grenoble) ;Déjà, aux élections législatives de 2024, le RN avait siphonné les cadres de l'UNI : Hanane MANSOURI (ancienne grand'cheffe de l'UNI Grenoble) élu députée à Vienne, Antoine SAUZEAU (son suppléant), Vincent CELLIER (suppléant dans la 1ère circonspection de l'Isère) ou Samuel SAKPA (lui aussi candidat suppléant).
ÉLECTIONS MUNICIPALES 2026 GRENOBLE
Un article de Streetpress de mars 2026 retrace l'itinéraire de la tête de liste RN : Valentin GABRIAC a frayé avec plusieurs groupes radicaux, antisémites et complotistes : Égalité & Réconciliation, la Fraternité Sacerdotale Saint-Pie X,
Civitas, GRElive, les Patriotes…
Dans ses conversations avec ses potes il détaille ses positions : haine des LGBT, haine des francs-maçons, apologie du nationalisme pétainiste, antisémitisme, bref
tous les relents de l'extrême-droite faisandée. GABRIAC est même devenu un agent recruteur pour que les militantes du RN local rejoignent Némésis !S'il est devenu candidat, c'est parce qu'il est le délégué adjoint du RN 38 et l'attaché parlementaire du député PEREZ. Du coup, PEREZ a glissé sa femme en seconde position sur la liste – on appelle cela du népotisme !
Sur la liste RN on trouve en cinquième position Ludovic BLANCO, le président du Cercle Bayard, apôtre de « l'Union des droites ». Ancien président des Jeunes Debout la France (2015), il a été candidat pour ce parti aux élections régionales (2015) et aux législatives (2017 – résultat : 1,53 % des voix). Il rallie Alain CARIGNON
sur la liste municipale de 2020. Placé en 39 position, son rôle politique est alors dérisoire. Il quitte Debout la France, rejoint Les Patriotes puis adhère à Reconquête. Il gravite désormais autour des députés RN de l'Isère pour tenter d'exister.Dans la liste RN, on trouve inévitablement les militants de l'UNI, ou des militants qui avaient suivi Mireille D'ORNANO lors de sa rupture avec le FN, et certains font un retour fracassant : Pascale CURCILOSSE, Victor ARIOLI, Michèle MOIRET, Amélie TENA-SANCHEZ et François GUINARD-BRUN. Incapable de recruter de nouveaux militants, le RN récupère les fonds de tiroirs.
Enfin, pour clore cet assemblage inquiétant, Catherine GHELMA est une activiste des réseaux sociaux. Elle s'épanche dans un boulgi-boulga nauséeux : volonté de rétablir la peine de mort, hantise d'une « France qui sera musulmane demain », défense de tous les animaux à poils et haine viscérale des musulmans ; elle propose à ses lecteurs de pétitionner sur les thèmes d'extrême-droite...
La liste de GABRIAC est bien loin de l'image lisse et policée qu'il tente de vendre à
la presse locale, mais c'est l'inévitable amalgame de l'extrême-droite répugnante.L'UNI est désormais le cache-sexe du RN ! On y retrouve même des militants vindicatifs comme Paul STEIGER, toujours accompagné d'Emma PETRON, qui tente d'établir son « ordre national » en menaçant des syndicalistes étudiantes « On va tous vous planter, bande de salopes ! ».
Désormais des étudiant-e-s carriéristes lorgnent le RN avec attention : propres sur eux, avec un costard et une cravate ou un tailleur cintré, on peut viser un avenir radieux dans l'arrière-cour de la famille LE PEN ou du gendre favori de la noblesse française.
Divers cercles nationalistes ( Cercle Bayard, Cercle Algérianiste, Centre Lesdiguières et Cercle Droit et Liberté) sont les lieux d'échanges et de formations de militants de toutes l'extrême-droite locale. C'est là aussi où se noue des affinités militantes.
À L'EXTRÊME-DROITE DE DIEU …
On ne les voit pas souvent, mais ces cathos intégristes ont de plus en plus tendance à proclamer leur foi dans les rues de Grenoble, comme le 15 août.
Leurs partis politiques préférés ont souvent été l'Action Française ou les partis chrétiens démocrates. Mais désormais, ils votent sans modération pour le RN, Reconquête et s'enthousiasment pour MARÉCHAL LE PEN, la future « Jeanned'Arc du XXIe siècle » !
En 2024, 42 % des catholiques pratiquants ont voté pour l'extrême-droite : 32 % pour le RN et 10 % pour Reconquête !
La Fraternité-Sacerdotale-Saint-Pie-X gère une école hors contrat à Meylan, l'école Saint-Pierre-Julien-Eymard. Une cinquantaine d'enfants y sont scolarisés. L'abbé Jean-Marie SALAÜN la dirige depuis les années 2010. L'inventaire des activités nauséeuses de cet individu est atterrant : messe en l'honneur de BASTIEN-THIRY(2017), un officier de l'OAS qui organisa la tentative d'assassinat de DE GAULLE en 1962, conférences au prieuré de Meylan par Marion SIGAUT une proche de l'antisémite SORAL, ou par Hugues PETIT, président du Conseil scientifique de Civitas qui pouvait affirmer « que les droits de l'homme, c'est une idée fausse, et cette
idée a détruit la société ». SALAÜN appelle aussi à participer à une réunion d'Égalité et Réconciliation et soutient Alexandre GABRIAC, l'homme au bras tendu, quand il est viré du Front national.En 2025, le Rectorat de Grenoble s'est enfin penché sur le fonctionnement de l'école Saint-Pierre-Julien-Eymard. Elle est mise en demeure de revoir son enseignement considéré comme sexiste, révisionniste et créationniste. L'école fait mine basse et modifie quatre bricoles pour éviter des poursuites.
Il existe aussi un autre établissement hors contrat à Saint-Ismier, le Collège de la Sainte-Famille : sa directrice est Golvine PETIT. Son origine révèle qu'elle est la descendante d'une vielle famille aristocratique bretonne – DU BOISBAUBRY – et gardienne des traditions familiales pour avoir enfanté sept marmousets. Son mari Louis PETIT est chef de troupe aux Guides et Scouts d'Europe ; cette organisation est réputée pour son militarisme. Elle est classée à l'extrême-droite.
Pour gérer une école hors contrat, les parents ont créé « l'Association de formation de la personne ». Le président en est actuellement Guillaume de CARBONNIÈRES DE SAINT BRICE, père de six enfants catholiques et baptisés. Plutôt que d'améliorer les conditions de travail, les parents d'élève ont préféré construire une chapelle ; le catéchisme est bien sûr professé par un abbé !
Dans ce collège, la responsable « de la vie scolaire » est Élisabeth ZITOUN, ancienne responsable départementale de la Manif pour Tous. En 2017, elle était suppléante de la candidate FN dans la première circonscription de l'Isère.
Un collège, bien comme il faut, avec uniforme pour les élèves, retraite à l'abbaye du Barroux, pèlerinages, messes d'actions de grâces à la collégiale Saint-André. Pour bien rester dans la norme réac, une conférence est organisée par M. et Mme GRASSET, engagés à Alliance Vita, pour comprendre que la pilule et le préservatif c'est pas bien !Ces courants intégristes ont comme finalité de « rechristianiser » la France. Ils ont aussi une phobie sur l'enfance et la jeunesse : séparer leurs marmots du commun des mortels, les isoler dans des structures rétrogrades, qui comme la Fraternité Sacerdotale Saint-Pie X sont souvent considérées comme sectaires. Leurs écoles ne respectent pas les obligations scolaires, et lorsqu'ils sont adolescents on les confie à des structures comme les Scouts d'Europe ou au Chapitre Sainte-Madeleine.
Ces cathos intégristes adorent la messe en latin, multiplient les pèlerinages et tournent le dos à la modernité. Ils refusent toujours le droit à l'avortement, condamnent l'utilisation de la gestation pour autrui, refusent le suicide assisté pour les personnes en fin de vie…
Dans les années 1960, des cathos intégristes – par ailleurs militants anti-avortement – ont créé une association Cler Amour et famille, pour contrecarrer les activités du Planning familial. Ils défendent des « méthodes naturelles de régulation des naissances » comme les méthodes Ogino ou Billings. L' association forme des conseillers conjugaux et familiaux et des éducateurs qui interviennent auprès des adolescents comme l'association Cycloshow. N'ayant le droit d'intervenir que dans les écoles privées ses animateurs interviennent dans le programme EVAR/EVARS relatif à la vie affective et relationnelle et à la sexualité. Leur vision est purement essentialiste et assigne aux jeunes filles la nécessité de procréer comme le conçoit la vision catholique intégriste.
D'autres associations, telle Alliance Vita, multiplient des conférences sur des sujets de « bio-éthique »avec l'aval de l'évêché. Le responsable local est Gaêl BERNARD. Une de leur dernière manifestation publique était un happening sur la place Grenette à Grenoble.L'Association Familiale Catholique a fourni la base militante pour les mobilisations de la « Manif Pour Tous » - devenue depuis Le Syndicat de la Famille. Cette association désigne des représentants qui siègent dans les CAF ou les hôpitaux au nom des usagers.
Parmi les membres du bureau de l'AFC, on trouve Arnaud BERNARD (fondateur de l'Office Catholique des Pompes funèbres, membre de l'Ordre équestre du Saint-Sépulcre de Jérusalem, adjoint municipal de Villard-Bonnot), Dominique PALIARD (ancien militant de l'UMP, ancien conseiller municipal de la commune de Burcin, un des leaders de la Manif Pour Tous), Blandine DE RICHECOEUR (fondatrice de l'Etoile du Berger), Élisabeth DE SOOS ( Candidate du FN /RN), ou Jacqueline NICCOLINI-DARMET (ancienne candidate du Parti Chrétien-Démocrate), bref une assemblée de catholiques combattants !Nombre de ces militants s'investissent aussi dans des organisations qui ont comme vocation d'intervenir sur les « questions sociales » : l'Ordre de Malte (« pour les démunis »), Magdalena 38 (femmes quittant la prostitution), Le Rocher, oasis des cités (pour « régler la crise des quartiers »), la Maison des familles ou l'Étoile du berger (accueil des femmes battues). Toutes ces associations, présentes sur Grenoble, sont, en partie, financées par La Nuit du Bien Commun, fondée par Pierre-Edouard STERIN, le milliardaire exilé en Belgique pour ne pas payer d'impôt et qui vise à imposer son point de vue à travers le projet PÉRICLÈS ( Patriotes, Enracinés,Résistants, Identitaires, Chrétiens, Libéraux, Européens, Souverainistes).
Parmi ces associations « très sociales », Magadalena 38 approche les prostituées et les incite à rejoindre Solenciel, une entreprise d'insertion. Magdalena 38 a été fondée par Rodolphe BARON, qui, par hasard, est le fondateur de Solenciel.
L'Inspection du travail de l'Isère est allée regarder d'un peu plus près, et du coup, l'autorisation accordée à Solenciel a été suspendue pour cause de travail dissimulé et de multiples dysfonctionnements (octobre 2025). Décoré en 2024 par Olivier VERAN, alors ministre de la Santé, de l'Ordre du mérite, Rodolphe BARON n'a pas eu la courtoisie de renvoyer sa médaille.ACTIVISTES ET TERRORISTES
Plusieurs petits groupes d'activistes ont essayé de se structurer sur la métropole grenobloise : Verum et fida (2023), une première tentative de groupe Nemesis (2023) ou Fronte Gratiano (2025).
Le Groupe National Défense composé de lycéens fait l'apologie des chambres à gaz et appelle à la violence contre les personnes LGBT. Cherchant à montrer leur virilité, ils ont tenté d'agresser un cortège de soutien à la Palestine et multiplient des tags nazis dans les rues de Grenoble et Fontaine. Comme beaucoup de militants de l'extrême-droite nazie, ils cherchent à s'inscrire dans une « lutte contre les pédophiles », en associant confusément « élite judéo-maçonique », « immigration », « pédérastie » et soutien à Vladimir POUTINE. Leur activité principale est de participer à des groupes Télégram.
Active Club est un mouvement international animé par un suprémaciste blanc américain Robert Rundo. Son idéologie prône la violence pour combattre « le grand remplacement » et éviter le « génocide blanc ».
Afin de ne pas tomber sous le coup de la loi française, Active Club se définit comme une « communauté de jeunes blancs », « s'entraînant aux sports de combat pour se mesurer entre eux ». Ce serait donc « un groupe athlétique qui se concentre sur l'amélioration de notre peuple, et non sur l'agression d'autres personnes ». Leur devise « esprits sains, corps sains ». Ils se mettent en scène dans des vidéos d'entraînement et de combats d'arts martiaux. On dirait presque dit des scouts !
Leurs auteurs de référence ont tous eu un engagement fascisant : Charles MAURRAS ( condamné à la réclusion criminelle à perpétuité en 1945 pour collaboration avec l'ennemi), Léon DEGRELLE (fondateur du mouvement Rex en Belgique, engagé dans la Waffen-SS, condamné à mort par contumace en 1945 et réfugié dans les jupes du Caudillo FRANCO), François DUPRAT (membre de l'OAS, d'Occident et fondateur du Front national).
Saluts nazis et dérivés (quenelle, Khuneim), exaltation du suprémacisme blanc, allusion à l'OAS, fleurs de Lys et casques de chevalier apparaissent régulièrement sur leurs images, car Active Club associe des militants d'origines diverses, des catholiques, des royalistes, des hooligans, des néonazis, etc…
Des membres d'Active Club ont participé aux manifestations anti-migrants de St-Brévin et Callac, à la ratonnade de Romans-sur-Isère, au tabassage d'un militant libertaire à Macon, et au défilé du C9M, etc...
Active Club Dauphiné vivote. Quelques sessions d'arts martiaux dans les stades de l'agglomération, ou dans un parc, des promenades sac au dos avec les groupuscules nazis du coin (Les Allobroges Bourgoin-Jallieu, les Bayards, Valyor) ou plus exotiques (Unité Sud de Perpignan, Active Club Carpentras, les Hussards parisiens).En 2025 un autre groupe nationaliste s'est constitué : les Bayards. Ils se définissent comme des « identitaires sans concession ». Leurs activités sont plutôt nocturnes : collage d'affiches sur le campus de Saint-Martin-d'Hères, pseudo-cérémonie le 11 novembre avec quatre flambeaux et une logorrhée digne de fascistoïdes en culottes courtes : « Les jeunes patriotes ont rappelé l'importance du sang. Le sang reçu, qui fait naître la nation, mais aussi le sang versé, qui la préserve et la régénère. »
Incapables de s'afficher au grand jour, les Bayards s'associent avec les groupes nationalistes de Lyon (Lyon populaire, ou le groupe Audace) et de Chambéry ( Valyor) pour essayer de gagner en notoriété, ou affichent leur soutien à la Coordination rurale comme à La Tour-du-Pin en montrant clairement qu'ils sont fachos.
Ces groupes ne rassemblent que quelques individus mais n'en sont pas pour autant négligeables.Enfin, des organisations plus violentes peuvent émerger avec des projets d'attentat contre des personnes ou des lieux symboliques.
Un groupe constitué dans l'Isère en 2017, Les Barjols38, était animé par un retraité, Jean Pierre BOUYET, résidant à St-Georges-de-Commiers. BOUYET avait été proche de Debout la France puis s'était accoquiné avec des activistes islamophobes qui voulaient attaquer des mosquées, exécuter des migrants ou tenter un putsch militaire avec prise de l'Élysée et renversement du gouvernement par la violence. Dans leurs échanges, ils considéraient que la situation actuelle était la conséquence des actions sournoises des francs-maçons et sur leur groupe Facebook, ils avaient rassemblé plus de 5000 abonnés.
Ils décident finalement d'assassiner Macron en Moselle avec un couteau en céramique. 13 personnes sont arrêtées et plusieurs sont condamnés en 2023.Un autre groupe terroriste se structure en 2017 : il se nomme WaffenKraft, « puissance de feu » en allemand. Leur leader, Alexandre GILET (French Crusader) est un gendarme dans l'Isère, qui posait sur des photographies avec une kalachnikov devant un drapeau frappé d'un soleil noir. Ce groupe rassemblera une vingtaine de personnes.
Dans leurs messages, ils dénonçaient le « grand remplacement », reprenant à l'occasion des diatribes d'Eric CIOTTI, de Valérie PÈCRESSE, ou de SORAL.
Leurs ennemis sont les étrangers, les juifs et les homosexuels. Ils envisagent d'attaquer le CRIF (Conseil Représentatif des Institutions Juives de France), d'assassiner MÉLENCHON, ou d'organiser un attentat dans une gare de la région parisienne.
Au cours du procès en 2023, Alexandre Gilet est condamné à 18 ans de réclusion criminelle. Évandre AUBERT, un ardéchois de 28 ans, décrit comme « l'idéologue » du groupe, et un mineur sont tous deux condamnés à cinq ans d'emprisonnement dont deux ans fermes. Gauthier FAUCON écope lui de trois ans de prison dont un ferme. Les peines sont confirmées en appel en 2024.Enfin, six survivalistes ont été arrêtés à Grenoble en mai 2025 car ils voulaient produire des armes avec une imprimante 3D. Leur objectif était de s'équiper en matériel de guerre dans l'éventualité « d'une guerre civile ». Déjà en 2024, huit survivalistes proches d'Égalité et Réconciliation ont été arrêtés dans la Loire, la Haute-Loire et l'Isère. Ils étaient soupçonnés de vouloir mener des actions violentes comme la destruction d'un barrage hydroélectrique, et d'acheter un hameau, pour se protéger d'une guerre civile qu'ils imaginent imminente.
En janvier 2026, une habitante de Grenoble, Mélycendre, tente de relancer un groupe local de Nemesis. Ce groupuscule est dirigée nationalement par les parisiennes Alice CORDIER et Anaïs ? MARÉCHAL LE PEN. La tentative de création est pilotée par la petite fille LE PEN. Cordialement, Valentin GABRIAC se propose d'inciter les militantes du RN à les rejoindre.
Le recrutement semble pour l'instant limité, mais les cheffes nationales ont sans doute envisagé un happening local dans une ville comme Grenoble qu'elles considèrent contrôlée par des gauchistes violents. Du coup elles prospectent pour recruter d'anciens policiers ou des gendarmes et constituer une milice privée.

Nous supposons que les autorités sont en train d'instruire une démarche pour vérifier si Nemesis fait partie des « associations ou groupements de fait :
1° Qui provoquent à des manifestations armées dans la rue ;
2° Ou qui présentent, par leur forme et leur organisation militaires, le caractère de groupes de combat ou de milices privées » (Ordonnance n°2012-351 du 12-03- 2012 )
Depuis janvier, une militante de nemesis a participé à la manifestation d'Alliance - syndicat de police à Grenoble et à « l'hommage à Quentin » organisé par les groupuscules d'extrême-droite à Lyon.LES COMPLOTISTES
Cinq ans après sa création, Grelive semble s'être réduit à peau de chagrin. Les participants qui avaient milité dans ses rangs sont dispersés.
Civitas, dont les militants identifiés étaient Frank SINISI et Valentin GABRIAC, a été dissout par le gouvernement en 2023 pour propos antisémites. V. GABRIAC a rejoint le Rassemblement national ou il est devenu à la fois attaché parlementaire, délégué départemental adjoint et candidat à la mairie de Grenoble. Franck SINISI, ancien conseiller municipal FN de Fontaine, déjà condamné en 2017 à une peine de prison avec sursis pour incitation à la haine raciale pour avoir proposé de financer l'accueil des Roms « avec leurs dents en or », a été placé en garde à vue le 14 janvier 2026 dans l'enquête sur le dépôt de restes de porc devant une mosquée de Fontaine. Il devait être jugé en avril 2026.

Fin avril une autre conférence était celle d'Alain ESCADA, le président de Civitas (Civitas est interdite en France, mais
existe toujours, notamment en Belgique). En décembre 2025, DIEUDONNÉ
était présent sur la scène ouverte de la Brasserie du Vercors à Villard-de-
Lans pour faire son one man show.Égalité & Réconciliation rassemble des complotistes de tout genre, des antisémites et des survivalistes qui attendent la fin du monde. Leur grand chef est Alain SORAL (de son vrai nom Alain BONNET) réfugié en Suisse pour échapper à la justice. Outres ses manigances financières, SORAL, défend une alliance entre « l gauche du travail et « la droite des valeurs » pour détruire le « Système » dirigé par « la gauche bobo-libertaire et la droite libérale ». A partir de la Manif Pour Tous, il se focalise sur le «
communautarisme gay » et le féminisme. Il est devenu un apôtre du virilisme et du masculinisme et nombre d'influenceurs relayent ses positions.En guise de conclusion
L'extrême-droite est multiple.
Plusieurs stratégies politiques sont à l'oeuvre :
d'anciens gaullistes fricotent avec les héritiers des Waffen-SS et de l'OAS pour éviter de disparaître ;
des macronistes préfèrent un BARDELLA premier ministre, plutôt que l'abolition d'une réforme scandaleuse sur les retraites. ;
des hommes et femmes d'affaires lorgnent sur les promesses du RN ( moins de « taxes », moins de « contrôles », en clair la disparition du Code du travail) ;
des actionnaires qui espèrent encore plus de profits ;
des milliardaires qui voudraient réimposer un catholicisme de combat ;À l'inverse, il est pour nous nécessaire de développer des pratiques et des actions antifascistes au niveau local et social, parce que c'est sur ce terrain réel que se jouent les enjeux importants de la lutte contre l'extrême-droite et son racisme rampant.

Toutes à la ramasse aux Vergers du Turfu
La ramasse aura lieu à partir de 9h30, mais c'est possible d'arriver tout au long de la journée. On ramassera des granny et des galas pour des jus de soutien aux luttes paysannes et aux personnes en exil. On a besoin d'être en nombre pour faire de cette récolte un moment réussi de rencontre, avec activité jonglage, estimation de poids, compote.

Les Vergers du Turfu sont des vergers occupés depuis décembre 2022. Ils étaient destinés à devenir des terres compensatoires dans un projet d'extension d'une zone industrielle pétrochimique. Ils sont désormais des espaces de rencontres entre différentes luttes dans la Vallée du Rhône, de transmission de savoirs paysans, arboricoles et naturalistes et de production de jus de pomme !

Synopsis :
Pour la première fois, Urgence Palestine accepte qu'une caméra documente ce qui se vit derrière les scènes : stratégies, doutes, épuisement, mais aussi une solidarité inébranlable.
Le film suit cette année de résistance. Manifestations massives, concerts, recours à l'ONU, pétitions signées par 250 000 personnes. Mais surtout les moments intimes : témoignages de Palestinien•nes qui ont perdu des proches à Gaza, militants qui racontent le prix à payer, réfugiés qui parlent de ce que signifie résister depuis l'exil français.
C'est un film sur des Palestinien·es en exil mais c'est surtout un film sur ce que la Palestine fait vibrer en nous toutes et tous, dans toute notre pluralité. Un mouvement du coeur qui réveille l'humanité en nous.
En septembre 2025, le gouvernement Bayrou tombe. Mais la lutte continue.

Lyon: pétition de soutien au squat de la place de Milan
L’occupation de la place de Milan : une protection, un espoirDepuis le 6 mars, plus de 280 personnes du collectif « Solidarité entre femmes à la rue » : femmes, enfants de moins de 3 ans ou scolarisés, demandeuses d’asile, personnes malades, personnes âgées, occupent dans le 3eme arrondissement de Lyon, place de Milan, un immeuble de 40 appartements, laissé vide par la Métropole.
« Nous avons été contraintes d’occuper ce bâtiment parce que nous n’avons pas pu accéder à un logement, ni même à un abri. Rien n’est disponible et la Métropole et la préfecture ne créent pas les places d’hébergements suffisantes. Le besoin d’échapper aux violences auxquelles la rue nous expose avec nos enfants, nous y a conduites. »
La Métropole de Lyon a demandé l’expulsion du bâtiment.
La Métropole refuse le maintien de l’électricité et l’accès au bâtiment pour la maintenance quotidienne de l’immeuble. Pourquoi ? Pour pouvoir dire que l’immeuble n’est pas habitable et justifier leur propre demande d’expulsion ! Mais ça ne tient qu’à leur propre décision !

Des solutions existent pour mettre les gens à l’abri
Ces dernières années plusieurs centaines de personnes ont pu trouver une solution d’attente dans des bâtiments en convention entre des associations et le secteur privé, ou avec la Métropole.
La Métropole protège son droit à la propriété. Mais la loi prévoit que les collectivités publiques protègent aussi les enfants, les réfugié.es, la dignité humaine, le droit au logement, à la santé, à la scolarité, les droits des femmes.
Ce bâtiment de la Métropole est un bien public.
Tous les enfants sont nos enfants pour l’avenir. Ils doivent être protégés. C’est un devoir collectif.
Les élus doivent prendre leurs responsabilités.
Nous vous demandons de renoncer à la demande d’expulsion.
Oui la Métropole et les collectivités territoriales ne peuvent pas tout régler.
Mais on a un devoir commun : celui de rester humain.
Si on accepte cette indignité même pour une seule personne, alors ce sont les droits de tous qui sont menacés. La démocratie est menacée.

Pas d’expulsion sans relogement pour les 280 femmes et enfants de la place de Milan !
Parce que le logement est un facteur essentiel de stabilité, de sécurité et d’intégration, nous demandons qu’une solution humaine et durable soit recherchée avant toute mesure d’expulsion.
Une expulsion sans solution d’hébergement adaptée aurait des conséquences humaines extrêmement graves. Elle exposerait ces personnes au retour à la rue, avec tous les risques que cela implique.
Nous demandons respectueusement que toute décision tienne également compte de la vulnérabilité des occupants et de leur droit à être traités avec dignité.
Nous exigeons qu’aucune expulsion ne soit mise en œuvre sans qu’une solution d’hébergement ou de relogement adaptée soit proposée aux personnes concernées, afin d’éviter que des familles entières ne se retrouvent sans abri ou dispersées.
Nous faisons appel au sens des responsabilités, à la solidarité et au respect des principes fondamentaux de protection de la dignité humaine, qui constituent des valeurs essentielles du vivre ensemble.
Dans la Métropole de Lyon, il y a aussi les mineurs non accompagnés, regroupés au campement des Chartreux, des familles, des élèves sans abris réfugiés au parc Blandan, d’autres groupes et beaucoup de personnes isolées.
Droit au logement et à l’hébergement sans condition pour tous !

A global bond sell-off sparked by an inflationary shock emanating from the Gulf sees Donald Trump seeking to restrict plans by Japan – a longtime ally – to reduce dependence on an international system America dominates.
Japan, a successful exporter, has long done things its own way. For years Tokyo saw off the bond vigilantes despite running enormous deficits and a huge national debt. It demonstrated how a central bank could fund public spending and keep interest rates low if it wanted to. This economic model was refined by Shinzo Abe, Japan’s longest-serving prime minister. However, this week the US treasury secretary, Scott Bessent, called time on Abenomics as his price for US help in stabilising Japan’s currency. Japan’s Sanae Takaichi, he indicated, should shrink her $2tn spending plans and raise rates. Abenomics did not suddenly become financially impossible. It became inconvenient to the issuer of the world’s reserve currency.

Cinq jours après la crue dévastatrice survenue dans l’Himalaya, le nombre de victimes ne cesse d’augmenter. Alors que les secours sont toujours à la recherche des 4 462 personnes encore portées disparues, les inondations auraient entraîné, au 1er septembre 2026, 1 066 morts.
Si, d’après les premières estimations des scientifiques népalais, un effondrement de glacier serait à l’origine de cette crue, certains internautes affirment, à l’inverse, qu’il s’agirait d’un « acte de sabotage ». Ils en veulent pour preuve une vidéo [attention, ces images peuvent heurter la sensibilité du public] composée de deux séquences. Sur la première, il est possible d’observer un avion de chasse détruire un barrage. Puis, sur la deuxième, des personnes et des bâtiments sont engloutis par une immense coulée de boue.
Si les images de la deuxième séquence sont authentiques, les premières ont, en réalité, été générées par le biais d’une intelligence artificielle.
Des images datées
Grâce à une recherche d’image inversée, Les Surligneurs ont retrouvé plusieurs occurrences de la première séquence de la vidéo qui datent… de mai 2026. Autrement dit : ces images circulaient avant les inondations au Népal et ne peuvent donc en montrer la cause.
De plus, sur certaines de ces anciennes publications, apparaissent en filigrane les initiales « AI » – pour artificial intelligence, en anglais. L’auteur semblait donc avoir voulu indiquer au départ qu’il s’agissait d’un contenu créé au moyen d’une intelligence artificielle. Cependant, cet avertissement a disparu des publications qui sont aujourd’hui relayées sur les réseaux sociaux. En effet, ces dernières ont été rognées, les initiales prévenant de l’origine artificielle de ces images n’y apparaissent plus.
D’ailleurs, selon nos confrères de TF1 et DPA, cette vidéo d’avion de chasse serait apparue sur un compte relayant exclusivement de fausses vidéos générées au moyen d’une intelligence artificielle.
Aucune preuve d’un acte de sabotage
Ces images ne peuvent donc pas prouver que les inondations dans l’Himalaya ont été causées par un acte de sabotage. Les Surligneurs n’ont d’ailleurs trouvé aucun élément permettant d’affirmer que cette crue aurait été causée intentionnellement.
Mais, si la première séquence de la vidéo est artificielle, la deuxième est par contre authentique. En effet, de nombreux médias, français comme étrangers, ont relayé ces images pour montrer l’ampleur de la catastrophe.
La prudence demeure donc de mise concernant les images partagées sur ce drame. En effet, de nombreuses fausses informations circulent à ce propos, comme l’ont relevé nos confrères de France info ou de RFI.

In a perfect world a singer holding a benefit concert for feminist charities wouldn’t be radical stuff. But we don’t live in a perfect world, do we? We live in hell. Trump has successfully bullied US institutions into doing his bidding. Universities have defunded diversity, equity and inclusion programmes, many media outlets have kowtowed to the US’s self-styled king and tech CEOs have jumped into bed with him. Women’s rights are going backwards globally and our civil liberties are under attack.

Un point de vue communiste libertaire sur une lutte dans un collège
Au collège Sully de Rosny-sur-Seine (78), à quelques kilomètres de Mantes-la-Jolie, dans un contexte particulièrement dégradé, des événements violents ont déclenché un mouvement de 3 jours, qui, s'il n'a pas été une victoire franche en termes de moyens ni de remise en cause du fonctionnement de l'école, a au moins permis de renforcer le collectif enseignant et de tirer des enseignements sur les mobilisations locales actuelles dans l'Éducation Nationale.
